We invite you to join us for a weeklong retreat in Portugal, land of explorers, where we’ll be going on an inward voyage using The Work of Byron Katie to rediscover that gratitude is our natural state no matter what our circumstances.

Ashik Lynch, Nina Lynch, Charlotte Price and Joerg Hermann, Certified Facilitators of The Work of Byron Katie and experienced meditators, will guide you on your journey. We’ll help you identify the thoughts that stop you from experiencing gratitude, show you how to use The Work to question them, and how to bring the practice of gratitude into your daily reality.

Seven days of meditation, silence, journaling, and group and individual Work, tailor-made to fit your needs, at the Casa Karuna retreat center near Monchique Portugal, with its magnificent ocean views, natural pool with waterfall, sauna, extensive hiking trails, and delicious vegetarian food.

Newcomers to The Work are welcome, as are those with more experience. No matter where we are, we always start now.
Cost: 1,100 Euro if you register before 1 February. 1,300 Euro after 1 February. Room and full board are an additional 35 Euros a day, or 245 Euro for the entire week.
